When you are putting on an event the last thing you want is to be worrying about the ‘behind the scenes logistics’ or whether the company you have employed will deliver on their promises.  Our ‘clients’ have put their trust in us over the years and our repeat business is a true testament to that success.  After all – you only get the one chance –  we have the experience and expertise to ensure we do!

The right venue choice, location and facilities are all areas we can assist with and always ensure that we visit each and every venue at least once prior to any event we are involved in, to check it will work for our clients and from an operational perspective. 

Logistics are again tailored to each and every event and a project manager involved throughout the entire process from planning to execution.

The right level of equipment and crew, tailored to each event is also highly important.  We ensure we do not provide too much to make it not cost effective and realise too few, is just plain dangerous!  Our reputation and business relies on it and we ensure we know we have to get this right. 

Dependant on the level of requirements on the project, we can provide Show Producers, Show Callers, Technical Managers, Crew Liaison, Graphics / PowerPoint production specialists and operators, Video specialists, Autocue, audience response, lighting and sound operators to name but a few!
